Visa free regime

According to the Decree No. 1008/2005 and the amendments to it introduced by
the Decree No. 1175/2005 the citizens of USA, Canada, EU, Switzerland and Lichtenstein do not need a visa to enter Ukraine
if the period of their stay does not exceed 90 days.

For the citizens of  USA, Canada, EU, Switzerland and Lichtenstein  who enter Ukraine with the purpose of employment,
permanent residency, study and work at the diplomatic missions of the United
States in Ukraine or with any other purpose, if the period of their stay in
Ukraine is more than 90 days, visas are required.

According to the mentioned Decree, starting August 1, 2005 visas are not
required for the Japanese citizens who enter Ukraine or transit through its
territory for a period time of up to 90 days with a valid Japanese travel
passport.

Now you can get the airport visa at the airports of Simferopol and Odessa

The citizens of other countries can get a permission to enter Ukraine for 14 days at the Consulate offices situated at the international airports of Odessa and Simferopol, Ukraine.
In this case you also need to contact us by e-mail office@athenaagency.com and send us the following information:
1) scanned copy of your passport;
2) dates of your stay in Ukraine;
3) the Consulate in your country where you will be obtaining your visa;

The letter of invitation and tourist voucher (if needed) will be sent to you by e-mail. You will let us know the dates and time of your arrival to the airport of Odessa or Simferopol, Ukraine. The agency representative will be waiting for you at the airport with the original documents that are necessary to obtain a visa at the airport. To have the entry permission processed you need to give the representative a visa application (filled in), 2 photos (35x45 millimeters), your passport (there should be enough room for visa stamps). The cost of the whole procedure of getting the entry permission will cost you about additional $30 at the airport.
