If you meet any one of our ladies for the first time in the months of May, June, July or August, and correspond with her (at least one letter) through Athena, our US lawyer will help you file the fiancee visa for FREE!
This includes:

• Getting the right forms to you
• Filling them out for you with the information you supply*
• Sending the application complete and properly assembled to the appropriate service center of the BCIS
• Information on how to check on status with the BCIS and the National Visa Center
• Advice on preparing for the interview

Not included are the $165 filing fee, costs for photos, medical exams, document translations or consulate fees. These are all paid directly by you.

* The 325A biographical information form and letter of intent to marry have to be signed by your fiancee, and the ADIT photos have to be taken of your fiancee, wherever she is located. if you don't take care of this while you are in Ukraine she will have to mail or Federal Express/DHL them to you.

The letter of intent to marry should be something like this, written by each of you. It can be faxed or an email of a scanned letter.

I am the petitioner/beneficiary of this petition, I affirm that I intend to marry the petitioner/beneficiary within 90 days of entry into the USA
